5. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not rent or trade our mailing list.
We do use advertising and analytics technologies on our website, including tools provided by Google and Meta, that collect information about your visit and may be used to show you our ads on other services. Under some state privacy laws, this kind of activity can be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" even though no money changes hands. You can opt out of it. See Section 8 and our Cookie Policy for how.
6. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, which generally means:
Account, membership, and course access records for as long as your account is active
Transaction and tax records for at least seven years, as required by law
Email marketing records until you unsubscribe, and then a minimal record so we do not email you again
Coaching and intake notes for as long as needed to serve you, and then for a reasonable period afterward
Analytics data for the retention period set in the analytics tool
When we no longer need information, we delete it or de-identify it.
7. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections on our website, access controls, and vendors who maintain their own security programs.
No website or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you share information with us at your own risk. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also email support@thesecurerelationship.com and ask to be removed. We will still send you service messages related to a purchase, a booking, or your account.
Cookies and tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through the opt-outs listed in our Cookie Policy. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where our platform supports it.
Advertising. You can limit ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings, and through industry opt-out tools such as optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
Your privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it
Access a copy of it
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your personal information
Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of personal information, and certain profiling
Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights under their state law. How to exercise a right. Email support@thesecurerelationship.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you would like us to do. We will verify your identity, usually by confirming you control the email address on file, and respond within the time required by law, generally 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
If we decline a request, we will tell you why. You may appeal by replying to our response, and in some states you may also contact your attorney general.

If you use the Services from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Services you understand that this transfer takes place.
11. Third-Party Websites and Platforms
