Come to Joshua if you are

Carrying something older than the argument you keep having

  • Trauma keeps surfacing in the relationship and you want it worked with, not around
  • Emotional intimacy has gone quiet and you want it back
  • You want a coach who works across several models rather than inside one
  • Communication has broken down and you need practical tools alongside the deeper work
How Joshua works

Several models, chosen for what is actually in the room

  1. He draws on EFT, Gottman, IFS and interpersonal neurobiology rather than working inside one model.
  2. The approach is trauma informed, so the past gets room instead of being stepped around.
  3. Together you find the barriers to connection and the patterns sitting underneath them.
  4. From there you build healthier patterns and the practical strategies that hold them.

In Joshua’s words

I have spent more than 15 years helping individuals and couples work through challenges and build deeper connections. I specialize in guiding clients toward healing relationships, strengthening emotional intimacy, and building meaningful, secure partnerships.

As a trauma informed relationship coach I draw from evidence based approaches including EFT, Gottman, IFS and interpersonal neurobiology, along with attachment based coaching that looks at the emotional and relational patterns shaping how you are with each other. My style is grounded in compassion, insight and practical strategy.

I hold master’s degrees in clinical mental health interventions from the University of Chicago and in psychotherapeutic theories from the European Graduate School in Switzerland. I have also studied relational expressivity, meaningful connection and the nuances of communication at Stanford University, The Juilliard School and the London School of Economics. My research and presentations have focused on gender roles, collaborative empowerment and the theories that inform our emotional lives.

A collaborative space

“In my coaching, I aim to create a collaborative, non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges and uncover strengths. Whether you’re navigating disconnection in your relationship, recovering from trauma, or looking for guidance in building trust and intimacy, I’m here to support you every step of the way.”
