In Jaime’s words
Seeking change for yourself or your relationship is a courageous and hopeful act, even if it feels uncertain. For more than 25 years I have guided individuals, couples, families and communities toward healthier relationships and greater secure attachment, with themselves, with others, and with God.
Certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy and mentored by Julie Menanno, my coaching is grounded in proven, research-based methods that provide a clear, repeatable roadmap for healing and growth. I specialize in exploring relationships and preparing for marriage, healing from betrayals, separations and reconnections, coping with trauma, loss and major life transitions, and building resilience and emotional balance.
I earned a degree in Human Biology with a concentration in Change and Wellbeing from Stanford University, and a master’s in Social Work from Columbia University. My career has been shaped by a passion for developing standardized, effective healing processes, and my research, program development and published articles focus on trauma, resilience and building strong emotional foundations within diverse populations.
Life experience
Through my professional and personal life I have journeyed alongside clients and loved ones through marriage preparation, weddings, births and losses; betrayals, reconciliations and major relocations; cultural, racial and religious intermarriages; career successes, failures and financial pressures; and mental and physical illness, addiction and recovery. Those experiences have deepened my empathy for the complexities of relationships and of life’s transitions.
