In Cindy’s words
Hello and welcome. With years of experience helping clients navigate life’s challenges, I am here to provide guidance, support and practical tools to help you break free from negative cycles and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships.
I bring extensive expertise from my work as a medical social worker, where I supported individuals through crises, trauma, grief and loss. That includes suicide and its impact on loved ones, infertility challenges, chronic illness and its emotional toll, and end-of-life care and bereavement. This depth of experience allows me to meet the struggles you may be facing with empathy and care.
I believe that creating a warm, inviting and safe environment is key to transformative growth. Through our work together you can develop greater clarity, ease emotional pain, and rediscover joy in your relationships, with yourself and with others.
Away from the work
When I am not coaching you will find me outdoors, backpacking, stargazing and playing sports. I also love cozying up by a fire with a good book, indulging in potato chips, sharing adventures with family, and cherishing friendships filled with laughter and good humor.
